I had these pictures for a longtime, but decided to post 'em up now! Have you had your Breakfast today? Now for some people, breakfast is not important, perhaps it's because of their hefty work schedules, and they often forget to put something in the stomach before leaving for school/work.

Do you know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day?  A good breakfast provides the nutrients that people need to start their day off right. Lots of studies in the past has shown that to kick start your day in a healthy way, breakfast is important for the body, however it has been the most neglected meal in the world today. According to the food and nutrition experts at the American Dietetic Association, it fuels the body to help provide energy, better concentration and problem-solving ability throughout the day.



Breakfast is the first chance the body has to refuel its blood glucose levels, also known as blood sugar, after eight to 12 hours without a meal or snack. Glucose is essential for the brain and is the main energy source. Blood glucose also helps fuel the muscles needed for physical activity throughout the day.
"Breakfast is also very important for weight loss and weight management," Frank said. "You 'break the fast' of not eating for the past eight to 12 hours. It helps curb your hunger and prevent binge eating later in the day.  A Perfect Breakfast with Tea or Coffee, or a Glass of water.

I know i don't often eat breakfast, out of 7 days a week i try to eat breakfast like 3 days, i know that aint healthy, but that's because my sleeping cycle has been ruined due to uni assignments that keeps me overnight, my freelance job, and music that also keep me awake like a bat at night.

But, Breakfast is very Important, do not be like ME.

everytime u wake up , its a 'breakfast' not necessary in the morning time .... hehe ... do take care ur health now for long term investment health

hahahah ya, even today, i make sure i eat breakfast too! but i wanna take care of my health very very good now, coz life aint got duplicate.... we live it to the fullest once in a lifetime!
